Tenancy Law Specialist

As a member of the Association of Tenancy Law Attorneys (VHA), she specialises in Tenancy law. Attorneys can only join the VHA if they possess sufficient experience and expertise in Tenancy law. VHA members must have successfully completed an intensive specialisation course to be admitted to the association. In matters or disputes related to the (re)letting of retail space, office space, or residential property, she advises and represents private (re)lessors, property owners, and housing corporations—both inside and outside the courtroom

Huuropleiders - Tenancy law courses

Through her daily work, Mariëlle has gained extensive knowledge of the challenges faced by housing corporations, property owners, brokers, and commercial tenants. As a result, she regularly teaches courses on Tenancy law at Huuropleiders.

Labour law attorney

In addition, she works in the labour law practice. Here, she advises and litigates on a wide range of issues, primarily focused on individual employment law. This includes advice on employment contracts, dismissal cases, and related topics.

I am registered with the Dutch Bar Association's legal practice areas register under the following principal practice area:

Based on this registration, I am required to obtain ten education points annually in this registered practice area in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
