Since 1995, I have been working in the legal profession, and since 2003, I have been part of Rijppaert & Peeters Advocaten, becoming a co-owner in 2006. Over time, I have further specialised in real estate law and corporate law, including insolvency law. In addition to my role as an attorney, I also serve as a trustee in bankruptcies and an administrator/liquidator in estates.
In the field of real estate law, I advise clients on matters such as land transactions, project development, and construction.
The cases I handle are often characterised by legal and financial complexity in the mentioned areas of law. The challenge is to communicate these complex issues in understandable terms to the client, while also presenting them legally sound and convincingly to the opposing party or, if necessary, to the court.
When working with clients, I am always open and realistic about the legal possibilities from the outset, as this approach maximizes the chances of achieving the best possible outcome for the client.
My approach to legal issues is inventive, solution-oriented, and transparent. And of course, always in collaboration with the client.
