Since 2015, I have been working in labour law, not only as an attorney on a daily basis but also regularly as a lecturer at Tilburg University.

Approach

A low-threshold and practical approach is key for me. This often leads to the best and quickest solution in a case. If necessary, I proceed with litigation.

I explain complex labour law topics in an accessible way, covering areas such as reorganisations, disputes over collective labour agreements, and appeals in higher courts.

I represent both (large) employers and employees. Since I am familiar with the interests of both sides, I can reach a strategic and suitable solution.

Knowledge Sharing

Sharing knowledge and experience is highly valuable. Together with the labour law practice group, you will regularly see me at our informal Mast&rclasses or in the Labour Law Journal. I am also frequently invited by clients to speak for their HR teams or managers.

Furthermore, I teach lectures and seminars to bachelor’s and master’s students at Tilburg University, both in the Law program and in the Human Resource Management program.

Social Engagement

Finally, you can find me involved with various associations and organisations in Breda and Oosterhout. I am a member of Ronde Tafel 145 Oosterhout and actively involved with the local radio station BredaNu. On behalf of De Zaak Breda, I am involved in Breda Startup.
