Clear and solution-oriented. That is my approach, both in terms of vision and advising, as well as during a procedure. Of course, quick results are key—no one benefits from matters or conflicts lingering on for too long.
I graduated at the end of 2010 and then worked as an attorney at a medium-sized firm. Since October 2014, I have been working as an attorney at Rijppaert & Peeters. I specialise in labour law and corporate law.
In labour law, I handle all aspects of flexible employment relationships. I also advise and litigate on various issues, such as (individual and collective) dismissals, outsourcing, non-compete clauses, reorganisations, and various workplace problems. Furthermore, I deal with matters that overlap with corporate law, such as statutory directors, business transfers, contract takeovers, and employee liability (fraud). In corporate law, my focus is primarily on commercial contracts and partnerships.
As a reliable sparring partner for various legal and strategic issues, I serve as in-house counsel for several companies. With English as my second language, many international companies also seek my expertise. I also regularly give presentations and Mast&rclasses on a wide range of topics.
Decisive, straight to the point, with a heart for the case!
