You first consultation is free of charge.

If liability has not yet been established, we can assist you in applying for subsidised legal aid, meaning you will only need to pay a limited personal contribution.

If you prefer, we can also assist you on a ‘no cure, no pay’ basis.

Once liability has been established, you are entitled not only to compensation for your damages but also to reimbursement of all reasonable costs by the liable party (or their insurer).
